GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION: 

        Our products can be received either from the warehouse and exhibition of the company, at 13 Agiou Panteleimon Street , or sent to you, wherever you are in Greece, with a series of options.

 

        The production time of an order and therefore its timely shipment depends on the quantities, types and labor required, as well as on the workload of each period. Therefore, the earlier you send us your order, the better the planning of its construction and its final processing and shipment are ensured.

 

        Once your order has been produced/manufactured, the following applies regarding shipping and delivery times:

 

        In all major cities and in almost all major towns of the mainland, your order can arrive by courier as a rule the day after it is shipped by us or rarely up to 2 days.

 

        On the islands you should count on 2-3 working days, while in the inaccessible areas of the country, mainland and islands, away from urban centers, in addition to the extra burden that this entails, it takes more days (usually up to 4 and rarely maybe more, depending on the area).

 

            In any other way (KTEL, transport) it depends mainly on the basic parameter of the large volume and / or weight of the order, but also on the scheduled routes of the company to KTEL and transport companies.  

 

        However, in any case of shipment and due to the specificity of our products in terms of their size and weight in relation to the final packaging, it is not possible to budget the shipping cost before the final parcel is made, measured and weighed, so we inform you accordingly.

SHIPPING METHODS:

 

 

 

 

•             With a cooperating courier company of our choice. We cooperate nationwide with the company COURIER CENTER through its wide network, while for areas that are not directly covered by its network, there is a correspondence of COURIER CENTER  with ELTA.

 

 

 

Payment can be made either by cash on delivery (selection method) or advance payment / payment of the order by deposit in one of our bank accounts at ALPHA BANK, EUROBANK,  PIRAEUS or ETHNIKI.

 

 

 

•             With a courier company cooperating with you, where you keep a password.  Only exceptionally and after prior consultation. Payment can be made either by advance payment/payment of the order by deposit in a bank account of ALPHA BANK, EUROBANK PIRAEUS or ETHNIKI or by purchase (payment of the value of the order by the courier upon receipt by our company). 

 

 

 

•             With a transport company only for large in volume and weight orders and only upon request. It requires discounting of the value of the order by deposit in a bank account at ALPHA BANK, EUROBANK PIRAEUS or NATIONAL  or otherwise by arrangement. The additional shipping / shipping costs are borne by the customer who pays them directly to the transport company upon receipt of his order.

 

 

 

•             By bus only for large orders in volume and weight and only upon request. It requires prepayment of the amount by deposit in a bank account at ALPHA BANK, EUROBANKPIRAEUS or NBG or otherwise upon request. 

 

 

 

 •         By TAXI and only for the areas of Heraklion and its suburbs.      The parcel is sent unaccompanied and you will be charged with the payment of the fare to the driver. The value of the order is paid either by discounting the amount by deposit in a bank account at ALPHA BANK, EUROBANKPIRAEUS or NATIONAL or  otherwise upon request. 

 

 

 

 

RETURNS

 

 

        To avoid any inconvenience, please check carefully upon delivery of your order the condition of the products, for any obvious defects such as broken or damaged product from careless transport, incorrect or incomplete shipment of products, etc. In case you find this, you should contact our online store on the same day for the best possible settlement of any problem.

 

 


Return Deadline

 

 

       The product return deadline is fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. The product should in any case be accompanied by the original purchase document (receipt, invoice). The product should be in its original condition, not used, in its packaging and include the original contents.

 

 


Incorrect Shipment         

 

 

        In case of incorrect shipment, which is due to our business, the return costs are borne by the company, which sends a courier of its choice for receipt and return. The product should be in its original condition, not have been used, be in its packaging and include the original contents.  

 

 


Unjustified Return 

 

 

        The return costs in case of unjustified withdrawal are borne by the customer. The product should be in its original condition, not have been used, be in its packaging and include the original contents.  

 

 

 

 

 

        In the above cases, the customer is responsible for any loss or deterioration of the condition of the product until its return to the business. We recommend that returns be carried out by courier.

 

 

 

 

 

        In case of product return, and depending on the payment method you had chosen during the process of your order and the way of returning the product, your refund (after deducting the cost of services and materials produced especially for you and cannot be reused*, such as the signs written on cups, prizes, etc.) will be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product from  the online store. In any other case, the refund will be made by crediting a bank account of which you are the  beneficiary and you will notify us.
